I'm so amazed that people are still waiting instead of buying homes. It's the sickness of complacency. When is the time to buy? When everyone else is buying driving prices up. Real Estate in Colorado is really priced for buyers right now. The market is probably going to jump. Could it fall? Sure, but its probably going to jump. What are you going to do about it?
